No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24/48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Fee
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, a no-show fee of $75 will be charged. This fee helps us compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

Late Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24/48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $75 will apply.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the fee.
